CV Race: Orcs

Orcs

Orcs
Orcs have skin that runs from grayish to deep green. They have pointed ears, jutting jaws, prominent teeth, and towering builds. Orcs stand between 6 and 7 feet tall and usually weigh between 180 and 250 pounds.
Orcs typically regard battle scars as tokens of pride and ornamental scars as things of beauty. Other scars, though, mark an orc as a former slave or a disgraced exile.
Originally wandering nomads, the Orcs were enslaved by the Diabolist in one of the earliest ages. A Barbarian Lord rose up from within their ranks and freed them but at a cost to much of civilization. Now, most, but certainly not all, have returned to their nomadic ways however most people recall the stories of their reigns of terror. And the current Barbarian Lord draws many orcs to his banner which does not help the image of those orcs who seek to return to their nomadic lifestyle.
